📦 Quality Issues

Inspect your package upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, email info@embroideryhoopstore.com with your order number and clear photos/video. We’ll fix it quickly via replacement or refund.

⏳ Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

Used, altered, or customer-damaged items aren’t eligible (quality-issue cases follow the rule above).

📮 How to Start a Return

Please request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. We do not accept unauthorised returns.

  • Include: order number, reason for return, and photos/video for any defects
  • Confirm: the item is unused and re-sellable

Do not return items to the shipping-label sender address. We’ll provide the correct return address in your RMA email.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

💼 Costs & Duties

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges

For confirmed defects or shipping damage, we can arrange a fast replacement after verification. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer an equivalent item or a refund.
