Super Strong Magnets: Help you to firmly hold all kinds of fabric, including heavier and thicker quilting items, fast and easy during embroidery with this strong embroidery hoop magnetic design, without hoop mark! Save you tons of time on hooping and say goodbye to the time-consuming work of regular frame hoops.
Great for Hard to Hoop Fabric: Even if there are zippers or uneven fabrics, just move the separate magnets to the side area to clamp these materials more tightly than ordinary embroidery magnetic hoops with one-piece upper frames.
Easy Adjustment: Compared with embroidery hoops magnetic types that have a one-piece upper frame, it is very easy to adjust fabric when already hooped in place. You only need to lift the related magnet and realign the fabric to get it straight—no need to re-hoop or pull on the fabric.
Anti Fabric Sliding: Add soft coating material to the solid metal magnetic frame to avoid scratching the fabric and to prevent it from sliding during the embroidery process.

FAQs
Is this magnetic hoop heavier than the standard hoop? Will the extra weight add strain to my machine's motor?
This MaggieFrame magnetic hoop is slightly heavier due to its metal construction and embedded magnets. However, it has been carefully designed to remain within the safe working limits of Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff embroidery machines, including models like Creative Vision. The added weight does not put stress on the motor or affect stitching performance.
Does this magnetic hoop make it easier to re-hoop accurately when splitting large designs (tiling)?
Yes. The MaggieFrame hoop greatly enhances accuracy for tiling multi-part designs on Husqvarna Viking or Pfaff Creative series machines. Its quick-release magnetic structure allows you to remove and reattach the fabric easily, while the included grid template helps maintain alignment between sections for seamless large-scale embroidery projects.
What is the actual embroidery field (sewing area) for this hoop compared to its listed size?
The embroidery area for this VK362 hoop is approximately 5.1″ × 7″ (130 × 180 mm). This dimension reflects the usable stitch field defined by your machine model, such as the Viking Diamond Deluxe or Pfaff Creative Sensation. The external frame dimensions may appear larger, but the active sewing area remains consistent with the machine’s limit.
What is the 'floating' technique, and can I use this hoop for it?
The 'floating' technique means hooping only stabilizer and attaching the project piece with adhesive or tape instead of clamping the material inside the frame. The MaggieFrame magnetic hoop works perfectly for this, especially on thick garments or smaller embroidery items. It keeps materials secure and flat without leaving hoop marks or distortions.
